The Prana Mama 85 Hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training curriculum has been thoughtfully designed to deliver content in a sensible, relevant, and cohesive way. The course is divided into six modules, which are made up of smaller, more focused lessons.

Module 4: The Second Trimester

Second Trimester Overview, Themes & Energetics, The Chakra System, Special Prenatal Asana, Private Prenatal Class Design, Sun Salutation Mechanics


Module 5: The Third Trimester

Third Trimester Overview, Creating a Supportive Experience, Sankalpa, Mantra, Meditation, Yoga Nidra for Pregnancy
