EcoFit Yoga is a Yoga Alliance accredited Registered Prenatal Yoga School (RPYS). Our Prana Mama Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training is an 85-hour course that provides you with everything you need to become a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT). Upon completion of the course, you have all the tools you need to begin teaching pre and postnatal students, and will be eligible to register as a prenatal yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance.

Our Prana Mama PYTT course ensures that all of our students graduate with a thorough understanding of how to guide and support their students through the prenatal and postnatal experience. Our unique approach not only provides you with a comprehensive education in this specialty subject matter, but also supports you to develop your personal brand by helping you to expand your own teacher toolkit.

Our main goal is to train great teachers! In addition to learning the outlined material, you will work one-on-one with our Lead Teacher throughout the course to develop your Prenatal Yoga Teacher Portfolio. The content of this portfolio will have been written by you, using EcoFit Yoga class models, with guidance and feedback from the Lead Teacher. Your Prenatal Yoga Teacher Portfolio will include everything you need to begin advertising your offerings, and start working with prenatal clients as soon as you graduate!
